WHERE TO BUY: All uniforms must be purchased online from Flynn and O’Hara.
PLEASE NOTE: No colored Tee Shirts are to be worn under white or red shirts or blouses for Boys or Girls.
All uniforms must be clean and pressed with all buttons attached and hem intact. Shirttails should be tucked in while the student is on campus.
During the WINTER months, girls may wear pants under their uniforms during arrival and dismissal only.
Students may wear school sports - related sweatshirt/hoodies and sport uniform shirts on game days only.
PHYSICAL EDUCATION UNIFORM (K – 8)
There is a special uniform for Physical Education classes.
SHIRTS: All PE red uniform t-shirts must have the school logo. Red sweatshirt with school logo may be worn over gym shirt on gym days.
SHORTS: Solid black, mesh (athletic) shorts. Other black shorts, spandex shorts and leggings are NOT allowed.
SNEAKERS: Tennis/athletic shoes need to be worn with white or black socks. Colored or basketball socks are NOT allowed. No platform sneakers, no sneakers with strapped backs or “heelie” style footwear is allowed.
MIDDLE SCHOOL ONLY: Red fleece pull over with school emblem may be worn.
JEWERLY: NO jewelry is to be worn during Physical Education class.
HAIRSTYLE
All students’ hair should be worn neatly. “Unnatural colored” and any extreme haircuts are not allowed.
MAKEUP/BODY TATTOOS
No tattoos are allowed.
K – 5: Make up may NOT be worn.
6 – 8 Natural make up is allowed, at teacher’s discretion.
OUT OF UNIFORM (Dress Down) GUIDELINES
Students may not wear:
Flip-flop sandals
Open back shoes
Strapless/spaghetti strapped tops/dresses, no bare shoulders
Tee shirts with inappropriate writing/pictures
Shoes that convert to roller skates
Pajama pants/tops
Skin tight dresses or skirts
Ripped jeans
Shirts with mid drift showing
Leggings may be worn with appropriate length top covering below the waist.
BIRTHDAY OBSERVATION
Students in Grades K – 8 may come to school dressed out-of-uniform on their birthday (if birthday falls on a weekend or holiday, the student may dress down the day before).
UNIFORM VIOLATION POLICY
First Time Offense: Verbal Warning with documentation and parent/teacher communication
Second Offense: Official Uniform Violation form
Third Offense: Detention
Parents will be asked to sign and return written warnings. Advance notification will be given if student is to serve detention.
